Email boaz@simchabucks.com with a short description of what happened, the page or feature involved and roughly when it happened. Remove private travel details from screenshots. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details.
Support is handled personally, without a guaranteed response time. For urgent travel or reservation problems, contact your travel provider or the relevant local emergency service.
Trouble signing in?
Use the email address your organizer invited. If sign-in stays on Loading, open Travely in a regular Chrome or Safari window and try again. Signing in does not grant access to someone else’s trip.

Use the same contact for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Please start with a description of your request; we will arrange any identity verification needed. Read the privacy policy for current pilot limitations.
